Any self-respecting Boy Scout knows that one should “Always Be Prepared”, and this holds true when playing video games. It has happened to me on more than one occasion that my controllers run out of battery life way before I am ready to put it down. There are several Xbox 360 battery chargers on the market, and I have tried them all. It’s great that you can charge multiple batteries at one time, but you still have to think about and manage your batteries. Why can’t my controllers automatically charge when I’m not using them?

Video Game Retailer Creates Google Lively Room to Announce Giveaway Locations -

WILSONVILLE, Ore., July 14 /PRNewswire/ — In celebration of Microsoft’s recent announcement, a price drop on the XBOX 360 game system to $299.00, national video game retailer Game Crazy is giving away 299 XBOX consoles, accessories, games and controllers on Saturday, July 19th, 2008. To find out what retail locations will be participating in the giveaway, consumers and their avatars will have to visit the “Game Crazy Gaming Lounge” in “Lively,” a popular, new virtual world developed by Google (TM).

Assassin’s Creed Xbox 360 Review
Date: 04-16-2007 Written By Chris GumpIf you have a 360, or even a PS3 or just a PC, do yourself a favor and check out Assassin’s Creed. The newly released PC version is supposed to have more side missions added in to keep you busy. Whatever system you get it for though, have some spare controller batteries around if you aren’t running wired, you’ll need them. This game can draw you in that much. Games like this should make you all happy you choose gaming as a pastime, and manages to deliver on every level, although a tiny bit more variation in missions would have been nice.

Taken from the pages of todays headlines Frontlines: Fuel of War is an edgy and topical action game that sets new standards for the genre. Set in the near future, the world is facing a crisis of doomsday proportions due to the severe lack of energy and oil available. With chaos and utter collapse of cities and society everywhere, two factions have formed who battle one another for the last remaining energy resources on the planet.

Players take on the role of a soldier from the Western Coalition as they battle the Red Star Alliance which is comprised of Russia and China. As the game starts, players enter a battle in a desolate area which is one of the last remaining sources of oil, and as such, is hotly contested by both sides. Using mission objectives, players battle to various areas of the map to defeat enemy troops and obtain strategic objectives. Along the way, all manner of high end weapons and vehicles are available for use. I particularly enjoyed the flying drone unit, that when deployed, allowed me to fly it to a strategic point in the enemys defenses and detonate with spectacular results.
