Title: Super Talent Pico-D 8gb USB Drive @ TestFreaks.com

Review Link: http://www.testfreaks.com/blog/review/super-talent-pico-d-8gb-usb-drive/

Review Snipit:
” A couple days ago I took a look at the Super Talent Pico-C USB Drive, today of review I’ve got the Pico-D 8gb USB Drive for review. It’s a small sized USB drive, though not as small as the Pico-C , but it’s close. The Pico-D is a swivel style drive, the outer casing is metal and the actual USB drive is plastic and it swivels out from the metal and just like the Pico-C, the Pico-D is water resistant as well as rugged and durable.”

InsideHW.com has posted article about Asus P6T Deluxe motherboard based on X58 chipset with Nehalem processor. You can read a clip from review:

“It’s been awhile since rumors about new Intel’s platform had started or more precisely about new processors with code name Nehalem and X58 controller logic. We managed to provide one Nehalem processor, for a very short time period, and we paired it with Asus P6T Deluxe motherboard based on X58 chipset. New motherboard, new chipset and new CPU architecture! Short time that we had for testing didn’t allow us to test all details of new CPU (just few benchmark results) but we had enough time to do a proper motherboard test…”

Palit HD 4870 512MB Video Card Review motherboards.org

Author: Doc Overclock: 10-24-2008

The positives of this card are many. With the updated Catalyst 8.9 drivers and the higher clock speed of the overclock button, this card can compete well against the ATI 1GB cards, with the increased memory not coming into play unless you use higher resolutions AA and AF settings. 8X AA and 16X AF is where the 1GB Framebuffer shines. Otherwise the Palit card beats the ATI reference 1GB card across the board when it is in overclocked mode.

We’re writing to let you all know that we have just posted a new article at HotHardware in which evaluate the features and performance of ECS’ GeForce 9800 GTX+ Hydra kit.  The ECS GeForce 9800 GTX+ Hydra consists of a twin pack of GeForce 9800 GTX+ cards combined with a ThermalTake BigWater 760is liquid-cooling kit.  It’s possibly the first of its kind to include two graphics cards and a liquid-cooling kit, all in one box.  Head on over to the site and check it out…

Title: Sapphire Radeon HD 4550 512MB @ Phoronix
Direct Link: http://www.phoronix.com/vr.php?view=12998
Summary: “Over the past few months we have looked at several Sapphire graphics cards including the Radeon HD 4670, Radeon HD 4850 Toxic, Radeon HD 4870, and Radeon HD 4870 Toxic Vapor-X. All of these cards have performed quite well on Linux with the Catalyst Linux driver and there is even open-source support for these R700 series graphics cards, except that goes without any hardware acceleration at this time. The graphics cards introduced up to this point though haven’t exactly been cheap, but ATI has now introduced their low-end graphics cards for the Radeon HD 4000 series. With Sapphire being a key ATI partner, they have of course introduced news models accordingly. What we have our hands on today is the Sapphire Radeon HD 4550 512MB, which is a PCI Express graphics card that retails for a mere $50~60 USD.”
