microSD cards are extremely popular and have been gaining that popularity for a couple years now so I’m surprised that you don’t see more microSD card readers on the market today, usually a
microSD card comes bundled with an SD card adapter and that’s it. Now SD cards on the other hand often times come bundled with a USB card reader, but for the most part
microSD cards do not, the only company that I know that sometimes or did bundle a USB reader with their
microSD cards is ATP. Considering how popular they are you’d think you would see more of them out there but you just don’t for whatever reason…
For review today I’ve got a Micro SD / T-Flash
Card Reader from our friends at USBFever and it’s possibly the world’s smallest
card reader on the market today. A little while ago I reviewed the SuperTalent Pico-C Gold USB drive and this reader is actually a tiny bit smaller than the Pico-C Gold so it’s a very portable and very useful little gadget. Throw a
microSD card into it and you’ve got the making of the world’s smallest USB drive!

Ok, so continuing my little series of video processing tools, today I’ve got SPB Mobile DVD up on the testing block. Many of you have suggested that I check it out and Doug was kind enough to contact them for me and get me an evaluation copy.
SPB Mobile DVD is fast and it works, I converted Stargate to both AVI and WMV formats and it worked flawlessly both times. Audio was in sync with the video, the overall size was nice and small and the quality was pretty good, at least for the WMV version…
So continue on to learn more about SPB Mobile DVD…

“While Network Attached Storage (NAS) devices for small businesses and home offices have come down in price, not everyone has the budget, or even the need for a RAID 5-ready NAS. If you’re seeking to leverage the dual-drive form factor of a conventional hard disk enclosure with the power and flexibility of a NAS, the QNAP TS-209 Pro II might just be what you’re looking for.â€
TechwareLabs has published a review on the Thermaltake DuOrb CPU Cooler. Here’s a clip from the review:
Quote: Bigger is better right? Then it follows that two fans are better than one in which case the DuOrb not only has two but adds heatpipes and enough bling to satisfy even the most aggressive case modder. We stuck the DuOrb into our test rig for some overclocking and testing. Does the DuOrb cool as good as it looks?

NEW CONTENT (Visual) – Palit Radeon HD 4850 Sonic Graphics Card
QUOTE: “Now that the HD 4850 has been hanging around for a bit, we’re beginning to see more and more companies jump on the aftermarket bandwagon. The latest company to do this is Palit, bringing the highly popular HD 4850 to the also highly popular Sonic line.
The HD 4850 has had so much going for it from the word go; its aggressive pricing and excellent performance gave users everything they wanted. It wasn’t all rosy, though; while the use of a single slot cooler was handy, it caused the card to run extremely hot.”

NEW CONTENT (Casing & Cooling) – Cooler Master UCP 700W Power Supply
QUOTE: “For many years, the folks at Cooler Master have been in the business of creating aftermarket products for the DIY (Do It Yourself) crowd. Having begun as an OEM cooling manufacturer, they realized that more and more of us were very interested in making our own systems. After all, we can build to suit our own needs and save some money in the process.
More recently, they have delved into the performance segment of the market with offerings of power supplies, cooling and enclosures. Today’s article will be covering one of their newer releases, the UCP series of power supply. UCP is an acronym for Ultimate Circuit Protection and the concept is to produce a power supply designed to meet the demands of the enthusiast crowd while offering an efficient design that will last for years to come.”
