Kingston HyperX 2GB PC3-14400 XMP
” A few months ago, I reviewed a DDR3 kit from Kingston that supported 1800MHz operation at fairly fast timings. It was criticized by some that the modules did not include XMP information to aid in easy system setup. Fast forward to the current market and the KHX14400D2K2/2GX delivers XMP support. ”

The Political Machine 2008 - PC Review
Date: 08-11-2008 By Vlad Mihaiescu
So, if you have a candidate in mind, anywhere from an ex-president to yourself, to an imaginary person who you would like to see ensconced in the White House, this game gives you a chance to do it. You can even play the game in multiplayer mode and beat out a friend (or a total stranger) in this year’s election. So if you love politics, either as a hobby, career or simply as a joke, purchase this game. You will love it. Now, if the thought of politics makes your blood boil and you fly into a rage, stay away from this game; it is very political. Also, if state of the art graphics is what you seek out, this game will not satisfy your needs. Besides that, this game is a success

| Bridgeview 2-Port USB/DVI KVM Switch With Audio Review |
 |
Author: Doc Overclock Date: 08-10-2008
One of the big positives of this KVM Switch can also be a slight negative. The Bridgeport BR-U1021DA KVM Switch is small which looks good, but almost could get lost in the cabling of two computers if not placed in the right spot. Otherwise, the switch worked immediately out of the box, with no issues as to compatibility with a Vista computer and a Mac working at the same time. KVM Switches like the Bridgeport 2-Port USB/DVI KVM switch with audio are absolutely necessary for anyone wanting to operate more than one computer at a time in the same room at the ease of a click between using them both. This switch is very easy to use and setup and offers simple and efficient productivity from one very small unit.

NEW CONTENT (Visual) - GIGABYTE Radeon HD 4850 Graphics Card
QUOTE: “The HD 4850 is the card that has put AMD/ATI back on the graphics card map over the past month. While the HD 3850 and HD 3870 were both good cards, a constant line-up of NVIDIA cards along with price drops meant that the aging technology was having trouble keeping up with cards not only in a similar price bracket, but cheaper again.
The latest HD 4850 to come into the labs is from GIGABYTE and before we get stuck into the performance side of things, we will have a look at the package and what’s inside as well as the card itself. So, let’s not ramble on anymore and just get stuck into it.”

GeForce GTX 260/280 versus Radeon HD 4850/4870
http://www.techspot.com/review/109-geforce-gtx-260-280-versus-radeon-4850-4870/
Gamers looking to purchase a new generation graphics card today have quite a few options available ranging in price from $180 to $450. Indeed, it’s a great time to upgrade.
Our preliminary testing shows that the GeForce GTX 280 is the most powerful graphics card money can buy you right now, but exactly how much more powerful is it than the Radeon HD 4870? Then there is the Radeon HD 4850 which is our value card of choice. And while we know it can beat the GeForce 9800 GTX hands down, how much slower is it than the GeForce GTX 260 exactly?

OCIA.net has posted their Performance System Building Guide. Below is a direct quote from the guide:
“In the past we’ve always spec’d a high-end air cooler for our Performance build, however we’ve seen a few really good yet inexpensive liquid cooling kits come out recently. Among these was the Swiftech H20-220 Compact that we reviewed several months ago. Coming from a brand like Swiftech you know it’s going to be high quality and the performance is really good, even for a pre-assembled kit. If you don’t have room for a double-sized radiator in your case, the Swiftech Compact series is also available in a single H20-120 model.“

Title: OCZ Alchemy Elixir Keyboard @ Phoronix
Direct Link: http://www.phoronix.com/vr.php?view=12725
Summary: “When thinking of OCZ Technology what comes to mind? High-end DDR3? DDR2 with large and unique heatspreaders? Their Neural Impulse Actuator? Chances are you’re thinking of them for their memory products they’ve been manufacturing for eight years, but not for any OCZ-branded keyboards. However, OCZ has done just that and they’ve introduced their very first keyboard targeted towards gamers. The Elixir Keyboard is part of OCZ’s growing Alchemy series of gaming products. We’re not terribly surprised that OCZ has introduced a keyboard, seeing as this company is extremely innovative and has been on the fast track since acquiring PC Power & Cooling and Hypersonic PC last year. Today at Phoronix we are checking out this first OCZ keyboard named the Elixir.”
